We do not provide returns and refunds. If you receive a damaged product please send us the photo and video when you open the box. We will provide a replacement.
At the moment, Vaishnavi Incense does not allow exchanges. Order once Placed cannot be cancelled. We will ship the order within 2-4 working days once the order is placed.
